Attendees of the NGS 2012 Family History Conference will receive the conference syllabus on Flash Drive only. Attendees who register prior to the early bird deadline (20 March 2012) will be given the option to purchase a printed syllabus. After the 20 March 2012 early bird deadline, the conference syllabus is available on Flash Drive only with no option to purchase a printed copy. Conference materials, including the print syllabus and syllabus on Flash Drive will be available for pick up at the attendee check-in area in the Duke Energy Convention Center. Conference materials will not be mailed out to attendees prior to the conference; however, registered attendees will be able to download the syllabus two weeks prior to the conference. An e-mail notifiying attendees that the syllabus is available for download will be sent out as soon as the link is available. |
Cancellation Policy
Refund, less a $45 service fee, upon written request to Veronica Tran by 24 April 2012. No refund on and after 25 April.
Registrations are not transferable to another person or a future event.

Attendee Check-In Hours
The NGS 2012 Family History Conference will be located at the Duke Energy Convention Center, 525 Elm Street, Cincinnati, Ohio. Even though you have registered for the conference, you are expected to check-in and pick up your conference bag, program and syllabus on Flash Drive (Printed syllabus, if pre-ordered before early bird deadline). Please bring your ID to check-in.
