Click Store on the top menu bar, choose Shop <Name of Company>, and click the button Go To Shopping.

Click on the Shop For: Drop down menu and select Exhibit, then hit "Go".
- Choose the product NGS 2012 Family History Conference Exhibits.
- Fill out the required information, select your booth(s), add to cart, and proceed to check out. If you would like to purchase more than one booth, change the quantity of the product to the desired number and click Update Cart.

Fees
Regular booths are $270, and society booths are $210 each. Companies may purchase any number of booths.
Additional costs may be associated with exhibiting if you require an Internet connection, electrical connections, telephone lines, etc.
Booths are 10x10, and booth rental includes the following
- 8' high backwall drape
- 3' high sidewall drape
- one 8'x30" skirted table
- two chairs
- one wastebasket
- one 7"x44" identification sign
Demonstration Area
This area is provided for you to give 20-minute demonstrations of your products or services and to offer a broader arena for the attendees to learn. You should plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time and be prepared to have a 5-minute set-up time, a 20-minute presentation, and 5 minutes to exit as the next presentation will immediately follow. Your presentation may include interactive questions/answers, give-a-ways, or anything that you would do to spotlight your technology, product, or service.
A large screen, projector, and computer will be provided. There will be an on-site volunteer to help coordinate your demonstrations.
*Reservations are first come, first served and will not be accepted after 24 April 2012. Please do not request consecutive time slots. Each company may request up to two presentation times, space permitting. Valley Expo Services is the decorating company that NGS has employed for the Cincinnati conference.

General Information for Exhibitors
Up to ten people are allowed on-site to staff a booth throughout the conference. Names of all booth staff must be submitted to NGS by 9 April 2012.
One designated person from each exhibiting company receives a complimentary conference registration (excluding luncheons, workshops, and other additional paid events). The name of the designated person to receive this registration must be submitted to NGS by 9 April 2012.
Cancellation Policy
Refund, less a $50 service fee, upon written request to Erin Wood by 1 February 2012. No refund on and after 2 February 2012.
