Online booth reservations can be completed only if payment is made with a credit card.

To reserve your booth and pay with a check, mail the exhibitor booth reservation form

Note: Official exhibiting regulations must be signed and returned with the booth reservation form and payment in full. Otherwise the sale is not considered final.

Have you exhibited with us in the past?

  • Please log on at www.ngsgenealogy.org with your user credentials. If you do not remember your user credentials, e-mail Erin Wood.
  • Click Store on the top right menu bar, choose Shop <Name of Company>, and click the button Go To Shopping.
  • Choose the product 2010 NGS Family History Conference Exhibits and add to shopping cart. If you would like to purchase more than one booth, change the quantity of the product to the desired number and click Update Cart.
  • Search for the desired booth number(s) and add to shopping cart. If the search does not return results then the booth is no longer available.
  • Once you have made your choices, proceed to check out.

Exhibitor teardown: 3:00–5:30 pm

Fees

Regular booths are $270, and society booths are $210 each. Companies may purchase any number of booths.

Additional costs may be associated with exhibiting if you require an Internet connection, electrical connections, telephone lines, etc.

Booths are 10x10, and booth rental includes the following:
8' high backwall drape
3' high sidewall drape
1 8'x30" skirted table
2 chairs
1 wastebasket
1 7"x44" identification sign

Decorating Company

Valley Expo Services is the decorating company that NGS has employed for the Salt Lake City conference.

General Information for Exhibitors

Up to ten people are allowed on-site to staff a booth throughout the conference. Names of all booth staff must be submitted to NGS by 1 April 2010.

One designated person from each exhibiting company receives a complimentary conference registration (excluding luncheons, workshops, and other additional paid events). The name of the designated person to receive this registration must be submitted to NGS by 1 April 2010.
