From Chaos to Clarity: Organizing DNA Matches with Clusters

Sorting through endless DNA match lists can feel overwhelming, but clustering brings clarity. In this hands-on workshop, learn the logic of grouping cousins, practice organizing matches into clusters, and discover how these groups can confirm relationships or reveal missing ancestors in your family tree.

To actively participate, attendees must have tested at least at AncestryDNA. During the workshop, you will work on clustering and labeling your AncestryDNA match list to organize your matches. The same principles will apply to other testing companies and tools; however, for the sake of time, we will focus on AncestryDNA in this workshop.
